Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on The ClawMark Store.
Made-to-Order Production Our products are printed and produced to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping Time & Carriers Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 3–10 business days depending on your location and the carrier used (such as USPS, UPS, or a regional postal service for international orders). Total time from order to delivery is generally 5–15 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high order volume around holidays.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
International Orders We ship to many countries outside the United States. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country once the package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at theclawmarkstore@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate.
